Your Turn
The game runs in real-time ticks. Each tick, resources update automatically. Between ticks, you can:
Claim tiles - Click an unclaimed tile next to your territory (costs 3 Military)
Build - Click your own tile to build a structure
Attack - Click an enemy tile next to your territory (must be at war first)
Diplomacy - Declare war or peace via the action panel
Buildings
Factory (20g)+5 Economy per tick. Your economic backbone.Barracks (25g)+4 Military per tick. The ONLY way to grow your army.Playhouse (15g)+3 Happiness per tick. Keeps your people content.Tower (15g)+10 Defense. Fortify border tiles against attack.
Combat
You must declare war before you can attack. Click an enemy tile adjacent to your territory and press Attack. Combat is influenced by your military strength, terrain defense, buildings, and adjacent friendly tiles. Both sides lose troops regardless of outcome.
Crises
BankruptcyEconomy below 0 for 5 ticks: lose outer tiles + buildings demolished.InvasionMilitary below 5 for 3 ticks: border tiles become unclaimed.Civil WarHappiness below 15 for 4 ticks: lose 30% of tiles, military halved.
Demobilization
When not at war, you can Demobilize (click your tribe in the left panel). This halts military production but reduces upkeep by 20% for 25 ticks. Useful for saving economy during peacetime.
Tip: Build a Barracks first! Military only comes from Barracks, so without one your army will never grow. Then build Factories to fund expansion.
